La qualité étant un aspect essentiel de notre métier, nous investissons chaque année dans du matériel performant afin de pouvoir contrôler notre production. En plus du matériel, nous avons mis en place un système de qualité reconnu.

Systech Analytics est certifié ISO 9001: 2008 et ISO 13485: 2003 depuis juillet 2007.

Nous sommes capables d'effectuer des tests de traction compression ainsi que de couple sur nos différents soudages. Les certificats correspondants vous seront livrés avec les pièces.

Pour la découpe, notre machine à mesurer optique "Marcel Aubert" nous permet de supperposer une pièce à un fichier dxf. Nous pouvons ainsi garantir une grande précision. Nous avons aussi la possibilité de modifier les dxf en fonction des pièces présentéés. Ici encore nous avons la possibilité de vous fournir des certificats de mesure détaillés, sur demande, ainsi que des photos des pièces et des zones sensibles.
